Permission to publish material from the Brigham Young University Academic and Advisement Services records must be obtained from the Supervisor of Reference Services and/or the L. Tom Perry Special Collections Board of Curators.

Administrative History

Student Academic and Advisement Services (2001- ) offers enrollment services to student on BYU campus.

Student Academic and Advisement Services was created in 2001 at the termination of the Admissions and Records division. Leaders over the organization have included Dean Ford Stevenson (2001-2007) and executive director Norman Finlinson (2007- ). The organization provides assistance to students in areas of financial aid, housing, locker rentals, meal plans, parking, bus passes, health plans, scholarships, registration, employment, deferment, personal records, and the BYU signature card.
