Leland H. Campbell (1928- ) was the director of the Institutional Research and Planning department at Brigham Young University.

Leland H. Campbell was born in 1928. He directed the Brigham Young University's Institutional Research and Planning department from 1978 to 1981, when he was replaced by H. Bruce Higley.

The Office of Institutional Analysis and Data Administration (1998-2001 ) worked to assess university programs.

The Office of Institutional Analysis and Data Administration was previously divided between the Office of Assessment and the Office of Institutional Analysis and Data Administration. In 2001 the Office of Institutional Analysis and Data Adminstration merged into the Institutional Assessment and Analysis.

The Office of Institutional Analysis at Brigham Young University was formed in 1996, and was previously part of Institutional Studies. It was directed by H. Bruce Higley, and was primarily responsible for managing institutional data and data processing. In 1998 it was renamed the Office of Institutional Analysis and Data Administration.

Institutional Studies at Brigham Young University was formed in 1981, and was previously known as Institutional Research and Planning. It was directed by H. Bruce Higley, and was primarily responsible for internal audits and reviews. It was split into two offices in 1996, the Office of Institutional Analysis and the Office of Assessment.
