Secretary’s file concerning the American Association of Presidents of Indpendent Colleges and Universities. Also includes correspondence, financial statement, transcriptions of testimonies before the Ways and Means committee hearings on tax reform, draft of proposed membership brochure, Board of Directors list, taxation and finance report, and comments of member presidents about American Association of Presidents of Indpendent Colleges and Universities. Also contains copies of “Cultural Pluralism and Educational Diversity”, “The Rise and Fall of Prescott College”, “The Will to Manage the Philanthropic Organization”, “Big Government Means Mountains of Paperwork”, “Independence”, and “Is It Enough to Roll with the Times?”.

Restricted. Closed for 70 years from the end date of the administration, and thereafter open to the public in accordance with the University Archives Policy.
