Biographical History

J. Elliot Cameron served as Dean of Students at Brigham Young University during the Ernest L. Wilkinson administration. In 1964 he was directed to conduct a study on the educational needs of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The study was under the direct supervision of the General Authorities of the Church.
