It is the responsibility of the researcher to obtain any necessary copyright clearances. Permission to publish material from Student Loan Association of Utah records must be obtained from the Supervisor of Reference Services and/or the L. Tom Perry Special Collections Board of Curators.

Administrative History

The Association was legally incorporated to negotiate loans, take securities, hold real estate, and take mortgages. The directors and officers included Benjamin Cluff, Warren Dusenberry, Joseph B. Keeler, E. A. Wilson, and George H. Brimhall.
