Scope and Contents
Contains correspondence with students and parents concerning problems, space availability, room assignments, roommate preferences, and financial requests. Also includes memoranda by the faculty committee on honor, and by University officials. Materials were produced by the directors of program for men's housing, including Kenner Kartchner and Blaine Parkinson, between 1956 and 1960.

Biographical History
Kenner C. Kartchner Jr. (1921-1993) was a Mormon investigator, salesman, and announcer in Utah. In 1957 he served as director of program for men's housing at Brigham Young University.

Blaine P. Parkinson (1924- ) was an education professor in Utah. Between 1957 and 1960 he served as director of program and personnel for men's housing at Brigham Young University.
