Scope and Contents

Contains the records from the Flourishing Families Project organized by the Family Studies Center starting in 2007. It includes interviews, surveys, questionnaires, release forms, and DVD recordings of the interviews. The study's aim is to collect information about family processes and interactions that promote well-adjusted individuals from youth to adulthood. Dated 2007 to 2009.

Administrative History

The Flourishing Families Project is a research project conducted at Brigham Young University.

The project was developed at Brigham Young University in 2007 by Randal D. Day and other researchers. Using surveys, interviews, and observation, the group sought to identify factors that contributed to successful families. Research sites included Seattle, Washington and Provo, Utah.
