It is the responsibility of the researcher to obtain any necessary copyright clearances. Permission to publish material from Museum of Art collection on Utah art must be obtained from the Supervisor of Reference Services and/or the L. Tom Perry Special Collections Board of Curators.
The Brigham Young University Museum of Art first opened in 1993, and has become one of the largest art museums in the Intermountain West. Its permanent collection includes over 16,500 objects, including many pieces representing the work of Utah artists.
