The letters date November and December 1898.

The certificate was presented to Joseph Facer of Willard, Utah from the Southern States Mission, Chattanooga, Tennessee, December 12, 1904 for his contribution of five dollars for the benefit of the Mission Home. It is signed by Ben E. Rich and Fred J. Heath.
