Contains research materials created by John L. Sorenson for a volume he was contracted to produce for the Sesquicentennial, a social and cultural history produced by the History Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Sesquicentennial history series was cancelled, and his volume never finished. Dated from 1973 to 1979.
