Materials contain an autobiography of the military experiences of Max Willard Randall. Discusses his training and assignment to Europe. Describes combat and living conditions in Normandy, the Battle of Mortain, the liberation of Paris, being on the Siegfried line, and being in the Hurtgen Forest. Includes Randall's discharge papers, letters to his wife, and a photocopy of the telegram notifying his wife that he had been injured. Dated 1944-1945, 2001.
