Materials contain a detailed memoir of John A. Larsen's experiences throughout World War II. File also includes a photograph, the negative, and photocopies of servicemen blessing the sacrament on a ship in the Pacific. Photocopied photographs of Marines and sailors on different Pacific islands, Japan, and the Philippines. Also contains a photocopy of John A. Larsen's discharge papers and a photocopied letter of gratitude from President Harry S. Truman. Dated 1943-1945, 1987-2001.
