Materials contain a transcribed interview with Richard V. Thiriot regarding his military service in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II from 1942-1944. Recounts various missions. Recalls getting shot down in Belgium behind enemy lines and relates in detail how he got back to Allied territory.
