Scope and Contents note Material contains two copies of an account of the U.S.S. Enterprise disaster on January 14, 1969, written by David J. Ferrell. Describes Ferrell's service in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Enterprise Air Craft Carrier during the Vietnam War as an Aviation Electronics Technician. He helped to maintain the many planes that were on the ship. Relates his experience on the day of the diaster.
