Letter Cannon, Washington, to Kane, received a dispatch from St. George [from Young?] that asks to give regards to Kane, if John W. Young doesn't come East, he [Cannon] could carry any communications Kane wants to send, he leaves 5 March. Dated Febryary 27, 1877.
