Deed for the transfer of Cremona property to Stefano Picenardi. Written on January 14, 1505 by Johannus and Jacobus in the Cremona public court. The deed was notarized by Johannus and witnessed by Jacobus, and also notarized by Jacobus and witnessed by Johannus in 1505. The deed stipulates the rightful ownership of Stefano to property in Cremona due to the fact that he was lawfully retained in Mantua from 1444 to 1447.
