A letter from Mary C. Thomas (Mary Oakey Etherington) in Oakley, CA to Lucy Ann Evans in Salt Lake City, UT. Mary is 70, a year before her death, writing in condolence to Lucy who has encountered some sort of problem in resolving Tom's estate. Also mentions that no money will be coming from the Bear Lake property. She's just glad that she isn't Bessey Oakey. Dated March 3, 1924.
