Oral history interview with Robert Hosler conducted by Gerald Scheib for the Utah State Historical Society and the California State University, Fullerton Oral History Program on 8 July 1971 in Blanding, Utah. The subject for the interview is Navaho[sic] Crafts and Trading. Robert Hosler relates past interactions with the Navajo Indians as a trader and describes their crafts.

Biographical History

Robert Hosler was born in Montrose, Colorado. He received a sociology degree in 1966 from Weber State College in Ogden, Utah. Robert interacted with Navajo Indians throughout his life as a Mormon missionary and a trader.
