Biographical History

Stutz was a professor at Brigham Young University in the department of Botany and Range Science, 1953-1985; and also served as the chairman for the department, 1971-1998.

Custodial History

Received summary on Jan. 22, 1999. On April 7, 1999, Mr. Stutz donated eleven more volumes that were added to the collection. The original document was assigned the call number MSS SC 2979, but because of the size of the collection the call number was changed to MSS 2136.
