Biographical / Historical

Joyce L. C. Otterstrom was born in 1943. She married to F. Craig Otterstrom. They have six children. She earned a bachelor of music degree from Brigham Young University. Joyce plays with the Salt Lake Symphony and teaches students in her home. She is also a family history researcher.
