Contains a compact disc labeled, "Jacob and Sarah Warnock Scott Family History; Written and Edited by James W. Scott; June 2002." The CD contains a PDF document of the family history of James Scott, starting with Jacob and Sarah Warnock Scott when they left Scotland and continuing through their time in Nauvoo. It includes the lives of many of their descendant and documents their experiences as early members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, their missions, and their encounters with other missionaries, spanning the years 1779 to 1910.

Biographical / Historical

James Wesley Scott was born in 1956. He is a professor of geography and the fourth-great grandson of Jacob Scott and Sarah Warnock Scott, two early members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who were practicers of polygamy.
