Contains a postcard photograph with the note, "Representatives of the B.Y.U. laboring in the British Mission at Elders Convention in London Sept. (9 -11)- 13 held at Deseret." George Finlay Macdonald (who is pictured second from the right, back row) served in the London Conference from 1913 to 1915. Materials dated approximately 1913.

Biographical History
George Finlay Macdonald (1888-1968) was a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in England.
George Finlay Macdonald was born December 3, 1888, in Mesa, Arizona. He served as a missionary in the British Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1913 to 1915. He married in Salt Lake City to Rhoda Heder in 1916. He passed away November 16, 1968, in Mesa, Arizona.

Winston Macdonald, the son of George Finlay Macdonald, donated some photographs to the Church Historical Department on February 24, 1990. This photograph was donated by the Church Historical Department in the 1990s to Brigham Young University Special Collections, and was backlogged until 2019.
