Donated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Church History Library in 2018. Scrapbook purchased in 2012 and photograph purchased in 2011 by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Church History Library in two separate transactions, from R B Books and Publishing on Ebay. Original compiler of scrapbook unknown.
