Administrative History

The Joaquin Elementary School (1939-2005) was a school that served grades Kindergarten through 6th in the Provo School District in Provo, Utah.

The Joaquin Elementary School, was built in 1938 for $125,000 after the demolition of the Parker School building that was constructed in 1908, at 550 North 600 East, Provo, Utah. It opened in 1939 and was in use until 2005. The Joaquin School was then demolished in 2006 after it was deemed unfit for use because of liability issues. The property was then sold to ArrowStar Construction for use for the building of a student housing complex.
