Identifier: MSS 2109

Scope and Contents

The papers illustrate a life-long interest in motion pictures and include magazines, newspapers, and photographs that demonstrate the same. Included are advertisements, reviews, and related materials. There are books that were given to Haver over the years, as well as galleys for Haver's own book, "David O. Selznick's Hollywood." There are videotapes, both commercial and personally recorded, of numerous motion pictures, as well as excerpts, previews, serials, and daily rushes. There are also 35mm and 16mm motion picture films, many being from "Gone with the Wind" and "A Star is Born," two films in which Haver was highly interested.
