Cowley Progress was a weekly newspaper printed in Cowley, Big Horn, Wyoming from 1906-1948.

Biographical History

Arthur H. Welch was born April 8, 1926 in Cowley, Big Horn, Wyoming to Frederick Arza and Nora Clyde Huff Welch. He was enlisted in the army during WWII. He married Dixie Ann Jones.
