Scope and Contents note

This project is a collection of personal narratives about people's best and worst days. The analysis discusses common elements found in best and worst days as collected by the informants. Bad days were often characterized by bad choices of the informant, or bad luck. Good days were characterized by pleasant surprises or marriage proposals. Items collected include father losing his job, coming home the wrong way from school, missing the bus, drunken roommate activities, peeing in the radiator at school, trip to Zion, getting an A in a class, and getting engaged. Collected by Ruth Jensen, Dr. Rudy's ENGL 392 class, Winter 2008.
