Scope and Contents

Document made in 1504, gives temporary ownership of property in Cremona to Baptista Sfondrati by Francesci Sfondrati and Gregory XIV. This transfer was dictated to Cremona Notary Antonius Lupis. The legality of the transfer was supported by the writing of Lanrenzoli and Jeronimo, students of Francisci de Donaris. The temporary holding of property was granted by Juris Johannes de Morexius. The document states that Baptista Sfondrati is to inhabit the land for one year of more.

The document was notarized by Johann de Frirago, brother of Bagrieliu, in the public court of Cremona.
