This manuscript was commissioned by the president of Guatemala, Manuel Estrada Cabrera on 18 October 1905. Item includes a handwritten note on the first page dated 13 October 1915 talking about the coffee being ready to harvest on a ranch. It appears to be unrelated to the book itself. On the leaf before this note is the signature of "Señor don Antonio H. Robles."
