Letter from Charles J. Boker to John K. Kane, again asking him to go to New York to represent the interest of their bank, dated June 28, 1840; enclosed is a letter from the Bank of the U.S. in New York, to William D. Lewis and Girard Bank, while in Philadelphia, on Girard Bank’s claim upon the North American Trust, dated June 26, 1840.
