Biographical / Historical

Louis Reuben Jensen (1865-1909) was a Mormon missionary in the Southern States.

Louis Reuben Jensen was born March 21, 1865 in Alpine, Utah to Lars Rove Jensen and Elizabeth Ann Freestone. On December 18, 1885, he married Kirsten Marie Sorensen in Saint George, Utah. From 1898-1900, he served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to the Southern United States. He and his wife had eleven children. He died January 14, 1909 in Basalt, Idaho.
