Payson Lodge #19 was established in 1893 in Payson, Utah as a branch of the Grand Lodge of Utah under the fraternal organization Independnet Order of Odd Fellows. Members were composed of only men in the beginning, but later allowed women and children. The lodge had a noble grand, treasurer, and secretary for its leaders.
