Materials contain papers of Billings Brown regarding his service as an advisor to the 1st U.S. Task Force leader, Major Hall in the U.S. Army infantry during World War II. Contains Brown's response to a survey about his military service. Contains copied photographs from 1942 to 1945 of Adak Island, Billings, and a Latter-day Saint group in Adak. Contains a photocopied letter of commendation from the Army (1945), memories of the war written by Brown in 2003, and a photocopied cartoon. Dated 1942-1945 and 2003-2004.
