Scope and Contents

A photograph taken outdoors, of a view through a railroad bridge going over the Green River. A sign over the bridge reads: "Trains Crossing this Bridge Will Not Exceed Over 10 Miles per Hour"; and the sign next to the bridge reads: "No Thoroughfare. All Persons FORBIDDEN Trespassing on this BRIDGE."
