Biographical History

Albert Henry Belliston (1876-1965) was a miller and clerk in Utah.

Albert Henry Belliston was born on June 26, 1876. He was born in Juab County of the Utah Territory. His parents were Thomas and Sophia Belliston. He married Jennie W. Belliston, who died, and then he remarried Elsie Belliston. He served in the military. He also worked for the Juab Company Mill and Elevator Company, and spent his professional life as a miller and clerk. He also served as a Sunday School secretary.

Belliston died on March 10, 1965.

Scope and Contents

Handwritten diaries. Belliston writes about his activities as a missionary and as a temple president for the Mormon church in Hawaii. He also tells about his life in Nephi, Utah. Also included are 59 photographs of members and missionaries in Hawaii (ca. 1900), as well as places in Utah and Idaho (ca. 1890).

Contains papers related to the career and work, as well as family, of Albert Henry Belliston. Includes minutes of Belliston Family Organization/Foundation meetings, minutes of the Juab Flour Mill meetings, and copies of the flour mill records. Also includes an account book.
