Reta Chloe Kerby Arney (1910-1991) was a mother, public school teacher and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Reta Chloe Kerby was born on March 4, 1910 to Alma Le Cornu Kerby and Amelia Eldredge Rogers in Globe, Gila, Arizona. She was a public school teacher. Reta married Welford Newton Arney on June 17, 1935, and they had three children: Victor La Verne, Betty Chloe and Emery Welford. Reta died on December 24, 1991 in Globe, Gila, Arizona.
