Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography. Caroline Hansen was born in Denmark in 1849, and her family joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They tried to migrate to Utah by handcart in 1857 but could not make the entire journey. They stayed near Council Bluffs, Iowa, for four years and came to Utah in 1861. She fixed meals for the second president of the Mormon Church, Brigham Young, and later settled in American Fork. She married Jos. Adams and died in...
