Paul A. E. Henning (1872-1923) was an archaeologist, teacher, author, and museum curator. He participated in the Brigham Young Academy South American expedition in 1900 and 1901.

Contains correspondence, diaries, manuscripts of writings, and notes on hieroglyphics and other archaeological studies. Also included are photographs pertaining to Mexico and to Central American Indian civilizations, especially those of the Aztec and Maya Indians. The materials include information on Indian myths and legends.
