Diaries, correspondence, memoranda books, financial and genealogical records, biographical sketches, and miscellaneous papers. Diaries include mission labors in the Southern States for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Biographical sketches are about parents, relatives, and friends including Mary Jane Gardner Miller, James R. Miller, Frank J. Taylor, E. J. Winder, Robert Gardner, and Reuben Miller.
Photocopy of a handwritten and initialed letter addressed to Henry Sabey of Mt. Knickerbocker, Illinois, and dated 16 Nov. 1848. Miller writes concerning conditions of the Mormons at Council Bluffs, Iowa, what they have heard about the Salt Lake Valley of Utah, and describes the baptism of Oliver Cowdery, an early leader of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who had been cut off years earlier.
Contains various business-related documents ranging 1891-1951. Included are cash books, data on construction of telephone lines by the Eastern Utah Telephone Company (organized by Miller), livestock statistics and deeds. Also included are a ledger and "Bruce's Diary", containing temple and genealogy fund and records of reunions.
Contains correspondence from Miller, and a record thereof, dating from between 1909 and 1951. Includes correspondence from Levi N. Harmon, a record of Reuben G. Miller correspondence including collected quotations and verses, photographs of Carbon County Court House in Price, Utah, and a family picture of the family of Mrs. Alice Danielson.
Contains memoranda books prepared by Miller, documenting his daily activities. Includes information on family events, his church service, and his work in telephones. Materials date from between 1868 and 1946.

Also included is an inventory of household items, a funeral service program, Heber Bennion letter to President Heber J. Grant, an article copied from Deseret Evening news of May 21, 1898, and instructions for an L. C. typewriter.
