Richard H. Henstrom (born 1928) was an academic administrator in Utah.

Richard H. Henstrom was born on June 26, 1928 in Provo, Utah. He began working at Brigham Young University's Divison of Continuing Education in 1957 as the chairman of off-campus programs. He worked in adult and continuing education for more than 36 years and retired in 1993. He pioneered the first Education Weeks held in off-campus location. Henstrom was also involved in planning and establishing Study Abroad centers and programs worldwide and degrees through the Independent Study program.
