Andrew V. McLaglen (1920-2014) was a film director.

Andrew Victor McLaglen was born July 28, 1920 in Greater London, England, to British actor Victor McLaglen. He started his film career in 1945 as a production assistant and eventually became a director, directing his first film, "Gun the Man Down" in 1956. He directed many films over the next 30 years, mostly Westerns, and some of them starring John Wayne. Others starred James Stewart. Andrew McLaglen passed away August 30, 2014 in San Juan County, Washington.
