Biography

Robert David Roberts (1837-1925) was a pioneer for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Robert David Roberts was born in Wales on September 21, 1837, in Llanfrothen, Wales, to David Roberts and Catherine uch Richard ap Thomas. Robert immigrated to the United States in 1856, after his family joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He married Hannah Roberts on June 6, 1870, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and they went on to have two children. He later married Eliza Neagle in 1895, after Hannah's death. Roberts lived in Logan, Utah for most of his life. He died there on August 10, 1925.
