Keith W. Judd (born 1952) was a photographer for BYU Photo at Brigham Young University around 1986.

Keith W. Judd was born in 1952 to Parley E. and Virginia Judd. He graduated from Provo High School. Keith attended Brigham Young University in the 1980s, majoring in English. While at BYU, he toured with the International Folk Dance Ensemble in Europe and did photography for the Public Communications.
