Joseph E Creer (1921-2011) was a United States Navy veteran and metalworker.

Joseph E Creer was born on August 30, 1921, in Lake Shore, Utah, to William Robert Creer and Ann Elizabeth Youd. After graduating high school in 1939, he worked on farms, attended college, and got married to his high school sweetheart, Florence Ruth Nielsen. They married July 7, 1942, and together they had five children. The family moved to California so Joseph could work for Lockheed Aircraft. He was drafted into World War II and joined the Navy, where he was stationed in Panama. After the war, he continued to work in the sheet-metal industry, creating Creer Sheet Metal and Creer Industrial Park. Joseph passed away November 8, 2011, in Spanish Fork, Utah.
