Dallas L. Hess (1907-1986) was a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Germany and Austria.

Dallas Lyman Hess was born July 27, 1907, in Bountiful, Utah, to Lyman Minerd Hess and Nellie Holt Hess. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Austrian-German mission from 1927 to 1931. Following his mission he married Opal Leona Burt, and they later had two children. From 1946 to 1968 he owned and operated Fisher-Hess Pontiac Company in Ogden, Utah. Dallas passed away on October 4, 1986, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
