Elizabeth Touchstone Clayton (1927-2020) was originally from Dallas, Texas, and a descendant of the Hunt and Craig families.

Elizabeth Touchstone Clayton was born June 25, 1927, in Dallas, Texas to William Weatherford Touchstone and Anna Catherine Craig. She and her husband, L. Whitney Clayton, Jr., raised three boys in southern California before retiring to Wymoming. Elizabeth and her husband served a medical mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. One of their sons, Weatherford T. Clayton, served in the Seventy for the Church. Elizabeth passed away August 21, 2020 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
