Biographical History
Elise Furer Musser (1877-1967) was a political figure in Utah.
Elise Furer Musser was born on December 20, 1877 in Les Loges, Switzerland to Johann Rudolf Furer and Anna Maria Bernhard. She was awarded a Doctor of Law degree from Utah State University. Elise was a delegate for the United States at a peace conference in Buenos Aires and headed a conference on adoption in Latin American countries through appointment by the Peace Commission. Elise also served in multiple political positions in Utah. On December 20, 1911, Elise married Burton White Musser in Salt Lake City, Utah and they had one son. Elise died on August 30, 1967 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
