Mona L. Ainsworth (1940-) is a woman who is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints living in Oregon.

Mona Louise Sather was born on February 1, 1940 in Oregon to Cecil Leonard Sather and Bertha Louise Foster. She married Robert C. Ainsworth in 1956. They currently live in Lebanon, Oregon.
