Eugene F. Carter (1915-2002) served with the United States Army Air Corps during World War II.

Eugene F. Carter was born September 15, 1915 in Eureka, Utah. He served with the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. He served as a gunner for B-24 bombers and was deployed in North Africa. He was on 61 combat missions over southern Europe and was shot down in the Mediterranean Sea. Carter passed away in 2002 in Provo, Utah.
