Biographical History

Ida Edwall (1867-1957) was a photographer and former employee of C.R. Savage.

Ida C. Edwall was born on November 30, 1867 in Sundsvall, Sweden to August Fredlund and Christina Edwall. She immigrated to the United States when she was 15, in about 1882, and later got a job with C.R. Savage, who was a photographer, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She moved to Santaquin, Utah in 1915 and opened her own studio. She died in Salt Lake City, Utah on February 11, 1957.
